Life is precious. There are many moments in our day that go by unnoticed and unconsciously unappreciated. Our retreats combine yoga and mindfulness meditation to give you the tools to make that body mind connection, to create deeper connections with yourself and others. Each day begins in silence and gently moves into movement with yoga, discussion and workshops.


There will be plenty of time for both yoga, self-exploration and of course, sun, food, pampering, fun and some planned group excursions. This retreat is suitable for all levels of practice.


The yoga retreat includes:



  • Accommodation for 7 nights (8 Days) at Bamboo Yoga Retreat.
  • Twice daily yoga classes.
  • Half board – daily breakfast & buffet brunch.
  • 3pm chai & chats.
  • Boat Trip.
  • Spice field and waterfall experience.

This retreat will be facilitated by Shannon Barry & Lisa Ball who will provide a true yin yang experience.


Our morning practice will be more energetic and lively practices of Vinyasa flow yoga while the evenings we meet will take participants through more gentle yet deeply nourishing yin yoga classes. Both Shannon and Lisa will also deliver workshops on pranayama, meridian theory and other helpful topics to enhance your yoga practice from this retreat and beyond.
