Goa is warm and sunny in November, and the pleasant weather lasts until well into May – the perfect times of year to visit our wonderful yoga retreat right on the beaches of the Arabian Sea.. Our Goa yoga holiday combines challenging intense dynamic power vinyasa flow classes that are complemented with a few sessions of YIN allowing you to surrender to the stillness.

Our groups are relatively small, normally around 10 to 14 people from all over the world. We’ll practice yoga two to three times a day, either at our shala overlooking the sea or directly on the beach. We will also offer guided meditation, and/or pranayama and 1 on 1 sessions to help you improve your private practice. we have all yoga levels from beginners to advanced – Iain and Bridget our yoga teachers will modify poses so everyone can practice at their own pace. So come along even If you’re just starting out.

Dedicated to helping her students feel strong and healthy, relaxed and inspired, Bridget tailors her classes to each group’s specific needs, balancing traditional and innovative physical and mental exercises with powerful breathwork. Bridget completed her 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification at Yogadarshanam in Mysore, India, she started practicing yoga 20 years ago, in Los Angeles, California. After moving to Paris, France, she continued to develop her practice with various teachers and styles (Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra and Hatha). She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Charlotte Borde and Robert Boustany, the father of Pralaya Yoga, which focuses on identifying and strengthening weak muscles to prevent and/or cope with painful injuries. This approach resonates with Bridget’s body-mind journey which began at age 4 when she was diagnosed with a rare bone disease. Today it still guides her in teaching private, studio and corporate yoga classes for all levels, as well as holiday retreats around the world.
