They are known for their friendly team and welcoming atmosphere, where an international clientele feel at home. It is the prime location on one of Goa’s best beaches. Built on fine, white sand between the relics of a sacred Hindu site and the ocean, the retreat is the perfect place for relaxing and watching the sea. There is always a gentle breeze and the ocean is warm but refreshing – ideal for regular dips. Only a few minutes’ walk along the beach from shops and other fine restaurants, you can ‘retreat’ at our place but still ‘escape by foot’. The surrounding area is breath-taking and easily accessible for short trips and excursions.
We’ll be privileged with neighbours of wild dolphins, and you can often spot these beauties during our morning practice. Those wanting to avoid the winter blues will find the retreat the ideal place to delight the senses and get into shape.

About Deborah

Deborah has been practicing Yoga since 2000 and literally ‘fell in love’ from her first class. Experiencing the immediate health benefits of a healthy, supple and more vibrant body, this sparked her interest in yogic philosophy and a desire to find a deeper experience and meaning in everything – she just got interested in life! Although she’s a thoroughly modern yogi – present to the challenges of contemporary life, her practice and teaching is deeply influenced by the beautiful philosophies and great mystical teachings of Yoga’s rich history.
She has been teaching since 2007, embracing ad exploring different traditions including alignment-based Dynamic Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness Meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises). Her classes are spacious, intuitive and inclusive, and always with a sense of lightness and humour. Yoga and laughing are not mutually exclusive!
She teaches all levels – from beginners’ classes to teacher training – and has plenty to offer everyone, regardless of age, size, gender, fitness, diet and lifestyle. She is accredited by both British Wheel and Yoga Alliance (Senior Yoga Teacher) and owns Whitespace Yoga Studio in the UK.
